financially responsible as the present Mortgaqor or if the
I~rtgaqor ahali make an assignment for the benefit of its
creditors, or ahall admit in writing its tnability to pay its
debts qenerally as they become due, or shall consen~ to the
appointn?cnt of a Receiver, or Trustee, or Liquidator of the
Mortgagor, or of all or any part of its property.
THIRTEENTH: That upon any dtfauit, the Mortgaqee teay
apply at aay time to a Court having jurisdiction for the appoint-
ment of a Receiver of all and sinqular the mortgaqed property,
and of all and singular the rents, incomes, profits, issues and
revenuea thereof, from whatsoever source derived; and thereupon,
it is hereby expressly covenanted and agreed that the Court sha 11
forthwith appoint such Receiver with the usual power and duties
of Receivers in like cases; and auch appointment shall be madc
by such a Court as a matter of strict right to the Mortgagee
and without reference to tYie adequacy or inadequacy of the security
or value of the property hereby mortgaqed, or to the solvency
or insolvency of the Mortgagor and that such rents, incomea,
profits, issues and revenuea, less expenses allowed, shall be applied
by such Receiver to the payment of tlie mortqage indebtedness,
or as otherwise ordered by the Court, and no further notice
in connection therewith shall be required by the Mortgagee.
FOURTEENTH: That the mortgagor further agrees t2±at this,
Mortgage Deed, is intended by.the parties to secure and does and
, shall secure the payment fully and completely of any and all
sums of money herein described and any and all extension or
extensions; renewal or renewals, with interest thereon, of the
promissory note herein mentioned, either in full or in part,
and any such extension or extensions, renewal or renewals shall
be subject to all the covenants, conditions, agreements and
stipulations in this lrbrtgage Deed contained.
FIFTEENTH: This Mortgage is subject only to matters
specifically mentioned herein and no party shall acquire any
interest or rights in said property or in the use thereof which
could be construed as a prior lien hereto without the consent
of the Mortqagee made in writing by an instrwnent of like and
equal dignity hereto, and only the~ if such document is duly
and properly recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida.
SIXTEENTH: No enumeration of special rights or pawers
by any provisions of this Mortgage shall be construed to limit
any qrant of qeneral riqhte or powers, or to take away or limit
any and all riqhts qranted to or vested in the Mortgagee by
vf rtue of the laws of the Sta te of Florida .
