HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996 ! ~ ~ Mortgagor hereby agrees immediately to repay to the Mortgaqee on demand any sums so paid, with intereat t2~•ereon from the respective datea of such paymenta at the same rate as apecified in the note aecure~3 hereby on the principal thereof after default and maturity. and all aums paid by the Mortgaqee with intarest shall be a part of the indebtedness secured hereby and in default of imn?ediate repaymer?t ttiereof by the Mortgagor the whole indebtedness secured hereby shall, at the option of the Mortgaqee become due and payable forthwith, without notice. 1'he Mortgagee shall be permitted to enter upon and inspect said premises at all reasonable times. TWENTY-FIRST: That for the purpose of securing the repayment of the funds disbursed under this mortgage evidenced by siid promissory note and any and all extension or renewals of the ltame or any part thereof and to secure the payment of any and all other advancements that may hereafter be made by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, the said Mortgaqor, in accordance with the pravi- ~ ~ sions of applicable laws of the State of Florida, does hereby ~ grant, bargain, aell, transfer, pledge and mortgage unto the Mortgaqee, its successors and assigna, all of the citrus fruit crops now qrowing, or to be hereafter grown or raised upon the mortgaged premises, together with any compensation, reimbursement or monies to which the said Mortgagor may be entitled by > reason on the loss, destruction or confiscation of any or all ~ of ouch crops, and any other monies to wliich the Mortgagor may hecome entitled under any present or future law of the United States of America, or the State of Florida in enforcing or carrying out any quarantine or other requlation by said State or thc United States of America. This mortgage lien pledges ` not only the present citrus fruit crops now growing and j being raised on said land, but also pledges all of the future and successive fruit crops to be grawn or raised on said land, and also all compensation, reimbursement or monies for same by reason of any quarantine or other law as above mentioned, until payment in full of all of the indebtedness hereby secured. T'he Mortgagor warrants and represents that it is lawfully seized and possessed of said land in fee simple and the awner of said fruit crops, with the full right to sell, mortqaqe and convey the said fruit cropa to the Mor.~,qagee. i"~rtgagor shall be entitled to all proceeds and compensation for the sale of the crops while the mortgage and note are in 9ood standing.
