land lying and beinq in St. Lucie County, Florida, containing
282.05 acres, more or leas.
Toqether with easement of inqress and egress and subject to the
riqhts of ingreas and egreas as in easemente recorded in Official
Record Book 18, paqe 241, and Official Record Book 85, paqe
456, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Toqether with all rights of intake anddischarqe of water and
