THIS QUITCLAIM DEED AND CONSENT, Executed this day of

hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIB COUNTY SROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxing District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",
W I T N E S S E T H: -
~ WHEREAS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest, i
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righ-ts, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County,

said point being on a bearing of South 89° 32' 20" West
and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest corner of
