The Court having considered the petition of First National
Bank of Miami, as Ancillary Administrator CTA of the Estate of
Nicholas G. Caputi, for authority to sell the followinq described
real property:
An undivided 2/3 interest in The South 111 feet of
the North 711 feet of Government Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Section 3, Township 34 South, Ranqe 40 East, and
also that part of Goverriment Lot 1, Section 4, -
Township 34 South, Range 40 East which lies due
West of said described land in said Section 3,
said lands situated, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida and also riparian and littoral
rights according to Public Records, St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. It is necessary for the proper administration of the ~
decedent's estate that the aforesaid real property be sold in ~
order not to constitute a further drain upon the estate's assets. • _
2. Both part~es having an interest in said real property ~

have joined in the Petition and Joinder and Cons~nt. J
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the First N~tional Bank of Miar:i,

as Ancillary Administrator CTA of the Estate of Nicholas G. Caputi, ~
is authorized to sell~the aforesaid real property at private sale ' ~
for the sum of Twenty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($21,500.OOj. ~
