CHItISTIE and HELEN CHRISTIE, his wife, whose mailing address is

W I T N E S S E T H: -
In consideration of the premises and the sum of $10 and other
good and valuable considerations, said party of the first part
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms unto the said party of the second part and to their heirs,
successors and assigns forever, an undivided 2/3 interest in and to
that certain land in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
