ASSIGN~NT OF LEASS
Know all men by these presents, That we, JAMES J. HINDTRT
and DOAOTHY S. HINDTRT, his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations
paid by KAY C. GRIMES and T~LMA D. GRANQUIST, the receipt and suffi-
ciency whereof are acknowledged, do hereby assign, set over and
transfer to KAY C. GRIbI~S and THSLMA D. GRANQUIST, and their heirs
and assigns, that certain lease dated the 30th day of September,
1963, between James J. Hindert and Dorothy S. Iiindert, his wife, and
Gus G. Vasil.
As a part of the consideration hereof, this Assignment is
expressly conditioned upon the Assignees paying a promissory note
and real estate mortgage of even date herewith in the amount of
~$60,000.00, and in the event of any default the Assignees hereby
covenant and agree to reassign the said lease to the Assignors,
James J. Hindert and Dorothy E. Hindert, his wife, and in the event
~ of re~ssignment any Court of competent 3urisdiction in any fore-
closure action shall have full right and authority to reassign the

said lease.
