hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIE COUNTY EROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxing District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",
W I T N S S S E T H:
WI~RSAS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
. participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, intere~t,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County,

thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, -

proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" along the extended ~
