hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCYS COUNTY SROSION DISTRICT~ a
Special Taxing District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",

WHEREAS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.

, NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing ~
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release ar~d quitclaim unto
the-District, its successors arid assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the ~
Owners have in and to the following described land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:

Lot 4, Block 1, TROPiCAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
