PASTOR, his wife; DONALD E~ JACOBSON and MARILEE I. JACOBSON, his wife; and HARRY H~ SCHRAG and ALICE E~ SCHRAG, his wife, hereinafter called the mort- gagors, to ABNER M, STECKEL and OLIVE J. STECKEL, his wife, herein- after called the mortgagees: WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named ir: the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagors hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto the mortgagees all the certain land of which the mortgagors are now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: _ ~ The North 400 feet of the South 800 feet of Government Lot 3, in Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with riparian rights; EXCEPTING TAEREFROM right of way for State Road AlA as set out and described in Deed Book 91, at page 220, and Deed Book 157, at page 128 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ f - ~ i .
