ARTICLES OF' Ar'rREEMENT
THIS AGRFEMENT, made and entered into this First day of Jen-
uary,1969, by and between CL4UDF '!'RF.~TT EANER AND ELAINE K. FBNER,
(WIFF), hereinafter celled the partfes of the first part, and
PERRY STEVE SESSOMS AND DIANE EL~2ABETH S~S~OMS,(HIS WIFE), here-

shall first make the payments and perform the covenents herein-

executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good
and sufficien~ Deed, the following described property, together
