BalBnce of ~9,975•00 to bear an i~terest rate of ~ per annum r+hich belanae to be paid in monthly installments of $?5.00 each beginning February 15,1969, and in like amounts on each 15th day of every month thereafter until entire sum is paid. Er~ch month~y payment shall be applied first to the ~eym~nt of interest and then to the payments of' the unpaid principal balance. Two or more peyments may be msde at any time by the parties of the second part on any installment ~ue date. Such payments to be made et the residence of the first parties at 32?_1 Duban Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida, or such other place the they may designate in writing. And the parties of the second part furthor covenant and ` agree as follows; (1) To pay all taxes, assessments, or impositions that may be legallg levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to the on or ~efore the same becomes delinquent. (2) To keep the building upon said premises insured in some company satisfectory to the parties of , the first part against loss by fire, t~rnado and windstorm, with a stsndard loss p~~;;3ble clause, payable to the ~arties of the first part, or such perties as they may designate, in the amount equal to the fact amount of this agree- ment, and the par~ties of the first part will ~ be entitled to hold the original of such policy. If the parties of the second part shall fail to promptly pay such insurance prem~ums, then the ~ same may be paid by the p~rties of the first ; psrt end each such payment, plus interest there- ~ on at 10°~ per annum, sh~ll be edded to the un- f pgid balance of this agreement. ~ (3) To maintain in a state of good repair the building situatedo on the above described property and to suffer no waste or impgirment of the same, re~sonable wear and teer of the same excepted, ~ and the second parties acknowledge the receipt and possession of the premises in good repair without exception.
