CORRECTIVE PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, WHEREAS,
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS ANll LOAN ASSOCLATION OF FORT
PIERCE on the 15th day of November, 1968 executed and delivered to
J. DAVIS BULLUCK, JR. and DOROTHY S. BULLUCK, his wife, a partial
release from the lien and operation of mortgage from BULLUCK to
ASSOCIATION dated October 22, 1964, recorded in O. R. Book 101, pages
376- 377, at. Lucie County, Florida records securing $23, 200.OQ as to
lands in said partial release described as follows:
The South 110 feet of the North 275 feet of the
SE,~-~ of the SE; of Section 29-35-40, lying East
of Canal No. ?1, less the East 25 feet for
Hawley Road~
The South 110 feet of the North 495 feet of the SE4
of the SE4 of Section 29- 35- 40, lying East of
Canal No. ?1, less the East 25 feet for Hawley Road.

and WHEREAS the lands encumbered by said mortgage from BULLUCK to
ASSOCIATION are not traversed by Canal No. ?1, but are, in truth and in
~I fact, traversed by North St. Lucie River Drainage District Canal No. 29

~ feet West of the East line of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East
as measured along the North line of mortgaged premises, and 641.15 feet

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE that FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
