legally described as follows, to-wit:
The South 110 feet of the North 275 feet of the SE4
of the SE; of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, lying East of North St. Lucie River Drain-
age District Canal No. 29; and the South 110 feet
of the North 495 feet of said SE; of the SE4 of said
Section 29, lying East of said Canal No. 29.
Excepting right of way for Hawley Road.
and the above described land is exonerated and discharged of and from the
lien of the mortgage held by ASSOCIATION; provided, always, nevertheless,
that nothing herein contained, nor contained in the erroneous partial release E
of mortgage dated ilovember 15, 1968 shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage of ~

ASSOCIATION on the part of the mortgaged premises not described herein,
or any of the rights and remedies of said Association under said mortgage
deed.
