BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared LAUR.A B. COOPERIDER, who, upon first being duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of Howard H. Cooperider,
who departed this life on October 30, 1961.
2. That she and the said Howard H. Cooperider were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed executed by Gertrude E. Jorgensen, surviving
spouse of O. T. Jorgensen, deceased, dated February 5, 1968, recorded
February 14, 1968 in O. R. Book 170 at page 1485, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, ~'lorida, wherein the following described real .

, Lots 33 and 35 of Ocean Boulevard Park, a
subdivision, according to the plat thereof
; recorded in Plat Book 7, page 18, public
f records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

was conveyed to Howard H. Cooperider and Laura B. Cooperider, his wife.

the said Howard H. Cooperider, and that said marital relationship continued
~ without interruption until the death of the said Howard H. Cooperider,
