E. R. GATLIN being duly sworn, deposes and says;
(1) That he is an officer of the Home Federal Savings and
Loan Associet ion, of 241 Pine Avenue, Albany, Georgia, and that
as such officer, has personal knowledge of the facts herein recited.
(2) ~That the records of the Home Federal Savings and Loan
Association reflect that William M. Killough and Bert C. Killough,
have executed instrumeuts, loan applications, and affidavits in con-
nection with loan applications, in which instruments, applications,
and affidavits they recite that they are husband ar~d wife.
(3) This affidavit is given for the purpose of clarifyitig the
marital status and relationship of William M. Killough and Bert C.
