SUBORDINATION AGRETMENT
.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSB PRESffidTS that whereas it is propoaed by
the ST. LUCIS COtAdTY $ROSiON DISTRICT, hereinafter called the Diatrict,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South
Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WH$R$AS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the following described encumbrances held by
Nature of Recordec~

WHEREAS, on behalf of the District a request has been made for the
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrarice to the property rights of
the District in and to the portion of the lands hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and other
~ good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl- ~
edged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to the property
rights of the District to conatruct said project upon the following de-
scribed lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
