January 1, 1969, all of Which terms and conditions are by this reference

times heretofore designated as Standard Oil Canpany (Incorporated in
Kentucky), Standard Oil Compar~y, a corporation organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the Ca~on~realth of IGentucky, Standard
Oil Company of Kentucl~y, Standard Oil Caapany (Kentucky) or Standard Oil
Caoapany, Inc., a Kentuclq? corporation ("the Assignor"), has assigned to, (

OIL COMPANY, a California corporation

interest in and to the leases aad leasehold estates granted unto the
Assignor by Pletroleum Facilit , c., a DelaWare corporation, in and to

Assignee has accepted, and hereby accepts, such assig~c~naents.
