THIS INDENTURE, Made this 13th day of February, 1969,
BETWEEN LEVERE MONTGOMERY and BETTY ANN MONTGOMERY, his
wife and ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON and MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, his wife,
of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, Grantors, and VERNON VINEYARD
and PHILLIP W. VINEYARD, as Trustees of the 'Vernon F. Vineyard Trust, and

grantees,
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantors, for and in consideration of ;
