KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That We, LEVERE MONTGOMERY
and BETTY ANN MONT'GOMERY, his wife, parties of the first part, in consid~
eration of tiie sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration,
received from ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON and MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, his
wife, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over untv the said parties of the second

Vineyard Trust, trading and doing business as TAHOMA COMPANY, a partnership,
as mortgagors to LEVERE MONTGOMERY and BETTY A,NN MONTGOMERY, his
wife and ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON and MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, his wife, as
mortgagees, and recorded in Official Records Book ~ rj Page ~ 3o y-- ,
ot the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
The West 54. 4 feet of Lot 14, all o# Lot IS, and the East
58.7 feet of Lot 16, in Block "B" of the REVISED PLAT
OF COBB'S PARK SUBDTVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 54, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, F lorida.
Together with the Note or obligation described in said mortgage, and
the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from the ~ate of said
note.
To Have and To Hold the same unto the said parties of the second part,
their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
