THIS DEED, made this llth day of February, 1969, by ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first par~, and SAINT LUCIB
COUNTY JUVSNILE FOUNDATIONI INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation,

whose mailing address is Post Office Box No. 1418, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSLTH: 3'hat the said party of the first part, for and
in consider?±-?on of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the ~

party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
