THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard after due notice on the
motion of LITTLE RIVER BANK AND TRUST COMPANY for the entry of a
su~nary judgment against the Defendant, JEPH W. DICKSON, and the
Court having examined the affidavits and documents submitted by the
Plaintiff in support $iereof and the Defendant, JEPH W. DICKSON, not
having submitted any affidavit in opposition to the motion, the
Court finds tlie~ is noegenuine issue as to~any matgrial fact, and
