Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 14 and the Southern
bank of Fort Pierce Canal a/k/a Moore's Creek.
6. That all the right, title or interest of the Defendants
and ali persons claiming by, through or under them, aad all parties
having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the laads
since the filing of the lis pendens, be and the same are quieted,
vacated, set aside and canceled as clouds upon the title of the
Plaintiffs in and to the above described lands, and that the title
of the Plaintiffs in and to those lands be and it is forever quieted,
cleared aad confirmed and forever fully and completely established
as against a11 of the Defendants to this action, and against all
persons whomsoever c2aiming by, through or under them, and all
persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in
the lands iavolved in this action since the filing of the lis pendens.
7. That all of the Defendants, and all persons claiming by,
through or under them, and all parties having or claiming to have
any right, title or interest in the above described lands, since
the filirg of the lis pendens, are forever prohibited, enjoined
and restrained of and from executiag any right, title, interest,
claim or demand of any nature or kiad whatsoever in, to or against
those lands of the Plaintiffs or any part of them.
