EAST, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, of the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, DOES HBREBY CffitTIFY, that a certain
ic~cl.enture or Mortgage, bearing date the 7th day of October, 1965, made and executed
by R~ H MOTORS, INC., party of the first part, to GENERAL FINANCE CORPORATION
0~ FLORIDA EAST, party of the seco~ul part, co~crveying certain personal property
therein mentioned as security f or the payment of Hine Thousand Six Hundred Z~renty-
five Dollars ($9,625.00), as therein stated, and recorded in the office of Clerk
of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County in the State of Florida, in Official Record
128 on page 518, with the Note accompanying it, and the aforementioned debt, fully
paid, satisf ied, released and discharged; a~d GENERAL FINANCE CORPORATION OF
FLORIDA EAST hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage
and the obligation secured thereby, and forever releases and discharges the same.

has caused its corporate seal to be affixed and has caused its name to be signed
