KNOW ALL MEN BY THBSE PRESSNTS, that GBNERAL FINANCB CaR~I~~11~~~
EAST, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, of the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, DOES H~sREBY CERTIFY, that a certain
indenture or Mortgage, bearing date the 2nd day of May, 1964, made and executed
by R~ H MOTORS, INC. , party of the f irst part, to GBNERAL FINANCE CORPORATION
OF FLORIDA EAST, party of the second part, conveying certain personal property
therein mentioned as security for the payment of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00), as therein stated, and recorded in the office of Clerk of Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County in the State of Florida, in Official Record 88 on
page 315, with the Note accompanying it, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid,
satisfied, released and discharged; and GSI~RAL FINANCB CORPORATION UF FLORIDA
EAST hereby acknawledges full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and the
obligation secured thereby, and forever r~leases and discharges the same.

has caused its corporate seal to be affixed and has caused its name to be signed
