purposes of the preceding three sentences, floor area of flo~rs
other than ground floors shall be counted at half its actual
square foota;e, except that mezzanines of ground floor stores
to the extent the same are used for offices or for storage
(but not for selling) shall not be counted.
(C) The areas within Parc~ls K and N marked "Service" on
the Plan shall be maintained as loading and unioading areas and
~ roads . Said ~areas pl~:s such areas within Parcel F as shall from
time to time be maintained as loading and unloadir.o areas and roads
shall be called "Service Areas". The owner and occupants of
Parcel N and all persons having business with any of them shall
have the right to use the Service Areas of Parcel F and Parcel K
for the passage of motor vehicles, in common with the right of
the owner and occupants of Parcei F and Parcel K and all persons
~ having business with any of them to use'said Service Areas for
loading a:~d unloading and the passaoe of motor vehicles. The
~ owner and occupants of Parcel F and Parcel K and all persons

~ , havino business with any of them shall have the right to use the
~ Service Areas of Parcel N for the passage of motor vehicles, in
common with the right of the owner and the occupants of Parcel N
and all persons having business wi.th any of them to use said
Service Areas for loading and unloading and the passage of
motor vehicles.
(D) The areas within Parcels K and N shown as parking
areas on the plan shall be maintained as'1'arking Areas (The
expression "Parking Areas " includes parking spaces and driveways
and footways.) The owner and occupants of the Retained Land and
