right to use the Parking Areas of Parcel v in common with the
owner and the occupar.ts of Parcel N and all persons having business
with any ~f them. The owner and occupants of Pzrcel \ and all
persons having business with any of them shall have the right ~

the occupants of the Retained Land and all persons havin; business ~
wi~h any of then. The owner and occupants of Parcel v and all
persons having business with any of them shall have the sdme
right to use the Parking Ar~as of the Retained Land other than .

having busi~.~ss with any of them. The right of use herein intended
shall be for the parking in ~arking spaces of motor vehicles
(other than trucks) for the passaoe of motor vehicles in driveways

(Ej The ?arking Areas and Service Areas of each of Parcels
° K and v shall be maintained at such gracies and levels and wi.thout
barriers so that tne same may be used and enj oyed as continuous
homogeneous Parking Areas and Service Areas, respectively, in the

light~ng systeas upon its Parcel; shall keep said Parkin? Areas
and Service Areas upon its Parcel reasonably free and clear of
_ ru~bish and obstructions of every nature; shall keep the same
