Parcel I~ sha11 ~ence off Parcel F from the rest of tne S:~o~~ing
Center, upon the request of W. T. Grant Co~pany, its successors
ar assigns, in sueh a manner as to prohibit both pe~estrian ar~d
motor vehicl.e traffic from r:oving between the fenced ~ii area and
the renainc:er ot *_he Shopping :,enter across a:~y com~:on boundary
of the fenced off area and the reoainder of the Shopping
Center, in which event t~.e use restrictions in this Iease
agreement applicabie to Parcel F shall continue, but the 50,00~
square feet of floor area restriction shail cease. ~
_ (W) For the purposes of Section (N) a Parcel shall be
deemed to contain a store of a r.amed type for the period o~
180 days after a store of said type shali-cease to do business
upon said Parcel. For the purposes of Section (N) and for the
purposes of the preceeding sentence of this Section (W) tne-
days of interruption in business due to =ire or other casualty or
other cause beyond the reasonable control of the owner of a
~ Parcel shall not be counted. '

This Agree~ent shall remain in full force and effect
'until Jantiary 31, 2020, except that certain provisions of this
Agreement may be terminated sooner as hereinabove provided.
