AND NOW this ~~j day of June, 1966, comes the Plaintiff
ECONOMY ROOFING COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE+ INC.~ by and through his
attorneys, Ford & Tye, and moves for a final judgment and produces
the affidavit of Eleanor D. Sample, Secretary-Treasurer and book-
keeper of the Plaintiff Corporation, Settinq forth that ROLAND
VAILLANT is indebted to the`Plaintiff in the sum of one thousand
seven hundred sixty three ($1,763.00) dollars and fifty two dollar
and eighty nine cents ($52.89) as interest, which affidavit is
filed in this cause and it appearing that the summons was duly
~ served upon Roland Vaillant, on the 14th day of March, 1966, and
that a default was duly entered on the 3rd day of May, 1966 agains
the said ROLAND VAILLANT, who failed to answer or fiZe any defen-
sive pleadings whateoever; it is therefore considered by the Court
that the Plaintiff is entitled to judgment against the Defendant,
and it appearing to the Court that there is due and owinq from the
Defendant to the Plaintiff the sum of one thousand seven hundred
