ities and drainage facilities sre reserved as noted on the re-~
corded plat. Within these easea~ents, no structure, planting or
other aiaterial shall be placed or permitted to reonain which may
damage, icnpair or interfere with the installation and mainten-
ance of utilities. ltie easement area of each lot and all per-
mitted improveoaents within sa~d easeacnt area shall be maintained
continuouslq by the owner of the lot, except for those improvements
for which a public authoritq or utility company is responsible.
5. Whenever G~IERAL DBVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC., a subdisiary of
G~iSRAL DBVEIAPh~NT CaRPORATIQN, its successors or assigns, shall

- cause to be constructed water dis~ribution and sewer servic fac-
ilities for the various lots, tracts and parcels oF land encom- .
passed by theLe restrictions, the fee simple owner of a lot,
tract or parcel of land on which improvements have been constructed
and/or the lessee occupying same shall, upon being given thirty (30)
days written notice, be required to pay a meter and sewer assessment
charge and utilize the water and sewer services furnished by
GENBRAL DBVBLOPMHQT UTILITIES, INC., No individual wells or sewage
disposal sqstem will be permitted on any building site from and
~ after date on which service is made available to same. ~e pro-
~ visions of this paragraph however, shall not be construed to ex-
clude or prohibit wells For irrigation~ swim~ai.ng pools and air con-
ditioning.
6. These covenants and restrictions are to run with the land and

shall be binding upon all parties and all persons claiming under
them, until thirty (30) years from the date of recording has elapsed,
at which time said covenants and restrictions shall automatically be ~
extended for successive eriods of ten (10) years provided, however, ~

that notwithstanding the foregoing date reference contained in t6is
paragraph, said covenants and restrictions may be altered, amended
or rescinded in whole or in part at any time by the then fee-owner
or fee-owners appearing of record of a majority of the lots affected
by the respective provisions of these restrictions. .
