SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRSSENTS that whereas it is proposed by
the ST. LUCI$ COUNTY SROSION DISTRICT, hereinafter called the District,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South
Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WHSRSAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the following described encumbrances held by

WHERSAS, on behalf of the District a request has been made for the
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the ~roverty rights of
~ the District in and to the portion of the lands hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl- ~

t edged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to the property

rights of the District to construct said project upon the following de-
scribed lands, being a portion of the encwnbered premises in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: ~
