WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "n~ortgagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St.,Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHgRSAS, the said mortgaqor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. i

NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of ~
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more •
particularly described as follows: .
Lot (s) 4 , Block R HOLIDAY OUT IN
~~Y~ AMBRICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., SECTION B, as the same
~ appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, page 44, to which
~ place speci~ic ~eference is hereby made for a specific ~
description of the property released. .
TO HA~1E AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the reinaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
~ the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
