WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, nc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortgaqor", `
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortgagor has reques tedthe said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of j
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqeu, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that ~
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more '
particularly described as follows: ' +

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the nartgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, i
exonerated and discharged of and from the lier? of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ~
herein contained shall in anywise i,mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
