WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as t~:e "nwrtqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the oEfice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St~. Lucie, State of F2orida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2b54, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First Nattonal Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHER$AS, the said mortqagor has reques.ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgaqe. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- ~ ~
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgagor, its succes~~rs and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more
particularly described as follows: •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encwnbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
