WH$REAS, Holiday ~ut in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortqaqor", '
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the oEfice of the Clerk oE the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveysd to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assigns, the premis~s therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the $wa of Three Su~dred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHER$AS, the said mortgagor has reque~ ted the said ;
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq '
part of ~aid mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of j

unto the nwrtgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, ;
and every part thereof; provided always, aevertheless, that nothing
_ herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
