CLERK CIRCUIT COURT
WIi$RSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the C2erk of the Circuit Court in and for the Cou~ty
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Officisl Record Book 173, paqe :
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, i
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinaf~er referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reque~ ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
~ hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge ~rom the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more
particularly described as follows: •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and From the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
