WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", ~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida,'hereinafter referred.to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the prenaises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques.ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, TH~REFORB, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that `
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more ;
