WIiEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucfe, Inc., a '
Florida corporation, hereinafter zeferred to as the "mortgaqor", !
by Indenture bearinq date o£ September 26, 1968, and recordqd in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, -
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqagee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the swa of Three 8undred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reqt~s ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said ntortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THSREFORE, The sgid mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more
particularly described as follows: •

unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereof; providecl always, nevertheless, that nothing i
~ herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dintinish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part . `
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
