WH$RSAS, Holiday C1ut in Ameri.ca at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
by indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of F2orida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed ~o Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, her~inafter reEerred to as "mortgagee", and
its'assigns, the premises therein particularly describecl, to secure
the pa~ywent of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. ~
AND WH$R$AS, the said mortgaqor has reque~ ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THSRBFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration o,f
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more
particularly described as follows: •

exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said tnortqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
, herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
