Beforp me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to ad-
minister oaths and take acknowledgements, this day personally appeared
LELIA A. WALSH, who after being t~y me first duly sworn, deposes and
says :
Thar she was the daughter-in-law of Ruth Walsh and the wife of
W. C. Walsh, parties set forth in the Power of Attorney, recorded in
Deed Beok 121, page 480, Fublic Records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida,
and as such daughter-in-law and wife she does state of her awn knowledge
thar when sRid Power of Attorney was exerc~sed in the Warranty Deed re-
corded in Deed Book 125, at page 5, Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida, the said Ruth Wa lsh had not revoked the said Power of Artorney
a*~d th~t on said date, to-wit: April 22, 1946, the said Ruth i~'alsh was,
in fact, alive. _
