Within these easements~ no structure, p2ant3ng or other material sha21 be p2aced or pera~itted to reasain which may damage, impair or interfere with the installation and mainten- ance of utilities. 1Tie easement area of each lot and all per- mitted i~nprovements within sa~,d easecnent area shall be maintained continuously by the owner of the lot, except for those improvements for which a public authority or utility company is responsible. 5. V~enever GIIJERAL DBVBLOPM@iT UTILITIffi, INC., a subdisiary of GINERAL DEVEIAPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, sha12 ~ ~ - cause to be constructed water distribution and sewer servic fac- ilities for the varidus lots, tracts and parcels of land encom- passed by these restrictions, the fee simple owner of a lot, tract or parcel of land on which improvements have be~en constructed and/or the lessee occupying saene shall, upon being given thirty (30) days written notice, be required to pay a meter and sewer assessmeat charge and utilize the water and sewer services furnished bq ~ GENERAL DBVEIAPMHdT UTILITIES, INC., No individual wells or sewage disposal system will be permitted on any building site from and after date on which service is made --a~rai~ble to same.
