Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me us by you of $ 1.00 and other good
and valuable consideration which I we have received, I we and those holding through me
us, grant and give to you and your successors the right to install and maintain wires,
poles, guy stubs, guy wires and anchors for electric transmission and distribution lines
and the necessary appurtenances for such lines, and the right to permit the attachment of
conduits, wires or cables of any other Company or person; also, the right to cut, trim
and keep clear alltrees, brush and undergrowththat mightendangertheproper construc-
tion, operation and ma.intenance of said lines, on my our property described as follows:
The 3W~ of the N~ of Section 14, Tawnahip 34 South, Range 39 $ast, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
. An anchor ease~aent 5 feet in width, the centerllne of which is described ae
followa: Begin at a point an the south line appraocimately 385 feet west of
the $ast line and run northwesterly a distance of 55 feet.
; One anchor to be located approximately 40 feet north of the South line and
E 1075 feet west of the Bast line, with quy wire extending south therefrom
~ to a atub pole located 1 foot north of the aouth line and thence south of
~ the south line.
