SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THES~ PRESENTS that whereas it is proposed by
the ST. LUCI$ COUNTY FROSION DISTRICT, hereinafter called the District,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South

Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and f

WHSREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the followinq deecribed encumbrances held by ~

WHEREAS, on behalf of the District a request has been made for the !
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrarice to the property rights of
the District in and to the portion of the lands hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and other ,

edged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to the property '
