SUBORDINATION AGRSSMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSS PRESBNTS that whereas it is proposed l~y
the ST. LUCI$ COUNTY $ROSION DISTRICT, hereinafter called the District,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South
Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the following deacribed encumbrances held by

WHEREAS, on behalf of the District a request has been made for the
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrarice to the property rights of
the District in and to the portion of the lands hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and other

~ edged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to the property
rights of the District to construct said project upon the following de- ~
