WITNESSEZH: That the grantors for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other va~le consider-
ation, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
grantees, all that certain land s ituate in St. Lucie County, Florid ,

plat on f ile in Plat Book 11, pages 32a, 32b_, 32c and 32d,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations, and restrictions of
record.
TOGETHER WIZH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten«.
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby cavenant with said granfiees that the
j grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the

~ said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said
