tration Unnecessary on the Estate of Hugh A. Campbell has come to
be considered by the Court, and i~ ap~aearing to the Court that:

2. All obZigations of the decedent have been paid and the
estate is not f.ndebted; and
3. The averments of the petiti

are true, no material facts
have been concealed, and the estate is fully entitled to an Order
of Administration Unnecessary, it is, therefore,-
ORDERED AND ADJ~ that the estate of HUGH A. CAI~BELL is not
indebted, the aggregate value of the estate does not exceed $5,000

and administration of the estate is not necessary. It is further
