WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of M A 2C t-~ ~
A. D. 1969, by LAVONE McREYNOLDS, a single adult, hereinafter called
the grantor, to TOM I. MATHIS and JEANNIE R~ MATHIS, his wife, whose

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
