- Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowledg-
ments and administer oaths, personally appeared CONRAD BUSCH,
who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath says: That
my name is Conrad Busch; that affiant was the brother of Harry
H. Busch, who died on the 9th day of May, 1951; affiant further
states that at the date of his death, Harry 8. Busch was mar-
ried to Iona M, Busch, and that Iona M. Busch has never re-
married.
