subject property (100 feet on Atlantic Ocean and Indian River by a dep
of approximately one milej, from under the tenas of this mortgage, upo
the payment to Mprtgagees by Mortgagor of the sum of FIFTS$N THOUS~iND .
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($15,000.00) towards the unpaid principal balance
of the note secured hereby. All sums paid by Mortgagor towards
principal, whether paid as regular installments or prepayments, shall
entitle Mortgagor to this release, when said principal payments total
