ICL1pW ALL MEN BY THSS$ PR$SSNTS that whereas it is proposed by
the ST. LLi~CCIB COtAdTY $ROSION DISTRICT, hereinafter called the Distrfet,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South
Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WHSR$AS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the following described encumbrances held by
